Marshtown Gym

If you think you’re getting into Marshtown Gym during the day, think again. This gym is located on the S.S. Maria Verde, a galleon that is stranded in the middle of the Marsmonte Forest, dating back to the eighteenth century. Rumour has it that an almighty storm cast the ship into the air and it landed in the middle of the forest, there to remain forevermore. The tough rainforest makes it difficult to reach, but following a winding path will eventually lead to the ship. Between the hours of sunrise and sunset, it operates as a museum, but at night, a door to the abandoned lower decks opens up - it is here, in the ship half-sunk in the sand that the Gym Leader, Merissa can be battled. Some say that this ship is a twin of the S.S. Kain, but no-one can know for sure...
