Alex walked down the brick road, taking in the scenery. "Wow... This region is just so... Beautiful." Alex let the wind blow his hair with it. Looking down, he could see many Pok?mon and people walking. "A park? This bridge must be really stable then. Imagining this bridge falling would be an utter terrorist attack. Who would want to do that anyway?" Alex felt an eerie feeling... "It's getting warm." The wind picked up temperature. It wasn't burning hot though.
Alex sat down near the edge of the bridge to take a break. He counted his items and took a glance at his trainer card and smartphone. "So it's a Pokedex in a sense? Fair enough. Data collecting wouldn't hurt anybody. And I can show my family what I encountered! And I may even find those legendary Pok?mon things. It'd be so cool if the legends are real. A live, legendary..." Alex continued to fantasize.

As Alex sat down near the edge of the bridge, a small figure could be seen in the distance, rapidly running towards the male. As it neared and came into focus more, something quite odd became apparent. Though it was running incredibly fast, it seemed lopsided, as if the creature in question was injured in one leg and unable to put all of its weight onto the faulty appendage.
The creature neared Alex, it became apparent that it was, of all things, an Electrike. However, its pelt was strewn with blood, much of it coming from numerous scratches and wounds on its own body. Its one, left front leg barely seemed to touch the ground as it ran, and it looked rather awkward. Shallow, panting breaths could be heard from it.
Upon seeing a hopefully friendly face, the Electrike skidded to a halt, wincing visibly and gritting its large fangs as it stopped near Alex. With sad, strained eyes, it gazed up at him. In those eyes, terror and agony were the supreme emotions. The Electrike limped forward shakily, a low, pathetic whimper escaping its throat as the equally pathetic creature neared.
It did not know whether or not Alex could understand Pok?mon, or whether he was even a good individual. However, it was obviously in need of some serious help, and a Potion or something else or the sort would do no good in such a situation as this. It stared desperately at Alex, stuttering out two simple words from a mouth that was trickling blood.
+H-help me.+
