Restricted Pokémon
According to the researchers and scientists of Solastella, there are certain Pokémon that are limited in the wild, and therefore very rare to catch or even see. Some of these are just barely seen around Solastella, while others have chance swarms where they are only unrestricted for a certain amount of time.
Restricted to Chance Appearances
- Only Upper Staff can make these Pokémon appear.

Restricted to Swarms
- When these Pokémon are swarming, which will be announced in the Gazette, they are temporarily unrestricted and any regular mod can make them appear.
- When they are not swarming, they are treated like restricted Pokémon.
