Alright, so basic movesets/Pok?mon for the Flying chick, as well as a background/personality thing I made up for her a while back. xD
Skarmory: Swords Dance, Drill Peck, Spikes, Steel Wing (Keen Eye; first Pok?mon)
Mandibuzz: Toxic, Whirlwind, Faint Attack, Roost (Big Pecks; usually second)
Braviary: Bulk Up, Shadow Claw, Superpower, Air Drop (Defiant)
Aerodactyl: Stone Edge, Fire Fang, Thunder Fang, Earthquake (Unnerve)
Archeops: Earthquake, Acrobatics, Stone Edge, Hone Claws (Defeatist)
Gliscor: Stone Edge, Swords Dance, Acrobatics, Earthquake (Hyper Cutter?)
Lyra Banks-- Archeops Pokemorph, 27 years old. (Type 2?)
Born in Blackthorn City, Lyra was never a very confident child. The school which she went to was full of other, Flying-type Morphs, and yet, Lyra herself could not fly whatsoever. She could not even hover, like a few of the others were forced to do. As she grew into a teenager, the girl suffered bouts of depression and many self-esteem issues. Her outlook on life was one of sorrow more than anything else, and things did not look good.
However, one day, something miraculous happened. After a particularly stressful day, Lyra felt horrendous, sudden pain throughout her entire body. After much screeching, clawing, and the cracking of bone, her entire structure seemed to have changed. The woman had evolved from an Archen Morph into an Archeops Morph, and in the process, along with other major changes, her once useless wing arms had developed into beautiful, full-fledged wings that now seemed quite capable of flight. For the first time, she was filled with some primary form of hope. It took many weeks, but, when she made her first real flight after practicing, her entire nature underwent a change.
The once nervous individual changed dramatically, becoming quite confident and even arrogant to an extreme once she had achieved flight. In her mind, she was no longer a useless, flightless bird. Now, she could actually make something out of her life. With renewed strength, she traveled the Unova Region, deciding to specialize in Flying-types. The woman seemed to have been reborn altogether, much like a phoenix that had risen from ugly ashes into a powerful, new creature.
It's unsure how she did it exactly, though there's obviously a lot of effort and hard work in the equation, but Lyra eventually became one of the most well-known Flying specialists throughout the world. The woman was incredibly strategic and ruthlessly efficient in the movesets of her Pok?mon, and each Pokémon knew its proper role in her team, even if it had its own unique personality. It was no surprise, then, that when the Solastella Region was founded, Lyra was one of the first asked to be an Elite Four member. Given the chance to finally prove herself to the world, Lyra accepted immediately, taking her place as the first member of the Elite Four in the new region.
Personality: Lyra is incredibly cocky and arrogant, and she uses this to mess with her opponents' minds. If she gets a hit in, she'll be sure to jeer about it at her challenger, often infuriating them in the process. The woman also shows incredible persistence, seeming to almost never show any nerves even in the face of defeat. In battle, she is incredibly vicious, often merely content to watch with a nearly manical, fanged grin, as her Pokémon are more than capable of holding their own in battle. If the need arises, however, she's more than willing to issue commands. In short, Lyra is very serious in what she does, though she's also able to poke fun at her opponents in an attempt to unravel their plans and composition. The woman is quite a unique individual, all things considered. She might seem abrasive and cocky to... everyone, really, but she certainly has an amazing bond with every member of her team.
EDIT: Prettier?
Skarmory, level 70Gender: Male
Ability: Keen Eye
Holding: Metal Coat
Moves: Swords Dance, Drill Peck, Spikes, Steel Wing
Nature: This Skarmory might not be the most emotional Pokémon in the world, but he sure is efficient. Though he's the lowest leveled of Lyra's team, he's served as the main strategist, along with Lyra herself. As the first Pokémon on Lyra's team, Skarmory works to set up a brutal system, never wasting a single turn. He tends to lead off by casting Spikes repeatedly at the beginning of each turn, ensuring a vicious ordeal for any Pokémon switching in. He then uses either of his offensive moves to deal out some decent damage, boosting said damage with a Swords Dance once in a while.
Mandibuzz, level 71Gender: Female
Ability: Big Pecks
Holding: Blackglasses
Moves: Toxic, Whirlwind, Faint Attack, Roost
Nature: Though it's not a set-in-stone rule, this quiet, yet rather malicious Pokémon tends to be Lyra's second choice in any battle. This Mandibuzz is very focused in battle, though she never loses a sense of cruel fun, often jabbing taunts and insults at her opposition, even if they're beating her. She works to aid her teammate Skarmory's work, usually inflicting an opponent with Toxic first, before moving on to Whirlwind, ensuring that every Pokémon incurs damage from Spikes. To round it off, she uses the ever-annoying, no-miss Faint Attack as an offensive, and, if her health happens to get low? No problem; she'll just use a Roost to boost it back up. Her moveset, as well as her nature, make her by far the most infuriating Pokémon on Lyra's team.
Braviary, level 71Gender: Male
Ability: Defiant
Holding: ?
Moves: Bulk Up, Shadow Claw, Superpower, Air Drop
Nature: This Braviary was one of Lyra's first Pokémon when he was a Rufflet, and he's grown very attached to her as a result. The creature is, as a result, one of the hardest battlers in Lyra's party. Though he is almost purely offensive, he takes a bit of time to plot every move, usually watching his opponents and deducing their weaknesses before he does anything else. But be warned: when he hits, he hits /hard/.
Aerodactyl, level 72Gender: Female
Ability: Unnerve
Holding: ?
Moves: Stone Edge, Thunder Fang, Hone Claws, Earthquake
Nature: Strangely enough, this prehistoric Pokémon is Lyra's most lovable, easy-going team member. She views battling as nothing more than a big, fun game, and she doesn't even really mind whether she wins or loses. The only reason she tries as hard as she does is to make Lyra proud. This bright, peppy Pokémon isn't the most intelligent either, relying on her attack power instead of anything else. However, she tries her best, and that's all you can really ask of a Pokémon.
Gliscor, level 72Gender: Female
Ability: Hyper Cutter
Holding: ?
Moves: Stone Edge, Swords Dance, Acrobatics, Earthquake
Nature: This Gliscor is a very zen individual, and has trained herself to the point of never showing anything such as rage, anger, or pain. Make no mistake, she certainly isn't invincible, though at times, one might assume she is simply by the way she acts. She's very respectful of her opponent, but she won't let that respect get in the way of her fighting. When she battles, she's not overly extravagant in her moves, though she is fairly efficient.
Archeops, level 73Gender: Male
Ability: Defeatist
Holding: Sky Gem?
Moves: Earthquake, Acrobatics, Stone Edge, Hone Claws
Nature: This Archeops is the strongest Pokémon on Lyra's team, and the closest to her, and he's also a complete lunatic, both in battle and in his strange mannerisms. Vicious and wild in his attacks to an extreme, Lyra's the only person who's ever been able to control him. He knows that he isn't meant to last, especially due to his rather sub-par ability. As a result, his main goal is to attempt to demolish the opposing team as much as possible before he goes down. He's Lyra's most tenacious Pokémon by far.
